Kettlebell Weight Guidelines

 

Please note this is for guidance purposes only 

 

Female Beginners:

4kg - Total Beginner 

6kg - Beginner/Int 

 

Female Average: with good, overall technique/ form & previous experience of lifting weights correctly.

6kg - Beginner/Average

8kg -  Average / Above Average

10kg - Above Average/ Strong Female

12kg - Strong Female

 

Male Beginner:

10kg - Beginner

12kg - Beginner/ Int

 

Male Average: Male with good, overall technique & form & previous experience of lifting weights correctly.

12kg - Average / Above Average

14kg - Above Average/ Strong

16kg -24kg - Strong Males/ Stronger than Average 

 

Please note: In classes we have weights between 4kg- 14kg, if you want other variations in weight please purchase you own kettlebell prior to attending class.
