What are Kettlebells?

 

What image springs to mind when you think of a Kettlebell class?

Many people tell us it's a room full of muscle clad men, grunting, sweating and swinging a really heavy weight around...Well...erase that image from your mind as it couldn't be further from our friendly class designed and aimed for THE LADIES of South Liverpool (although we can't gaurantee no grunting!)

 

Our classes are friendly, suitable for beginners and we cover a large range of functional exercises working on fat burning & strengthening exercises that target bum, legs, tummy, lower backs & shoulders in particular.

Do I need a Kettlebell to attend class?

 

No you don't. We have varied Kettlebell sizes and can advise you on what's suitable if you're a beginner.

 

Many of our clients love it so much they've bought their own Kettlebell from us.
