OTHER CLASSES

 

  • RISE AND SHINE - Whole school 'Rise and Shine' morning active sessions. Our dance teachers can teach a series of warm up/ wake up exercises & small dance combinations to get children active, awake & focused for the day. Teachers can lead this eventaully but we'd be happy to start you off! Research has proven children that take part in daily physical activity have substantial improvements in their ability to pay attention, ability to switch between cognitive tasks and avoid distraction.

 

  • MINDFULNESS/ MEDITATION & RELAXATION SESSIONS - In a frantic world it's important for everyone to know how to cope when things get on top of us, including children. We lead meditation and relaxation sessions for schools & have found thi

  • Yr 6 groups about to take their SATS. We've found that calming children down through relaxation helps them to focus on the task ahead and expels nervous energy before exams, It's been been highly beneficial.
